The apartment will be fully cleaned, carpets will be cleaned or replaced as necessary, any necessary painting will be complete, and we will check and repair anything that requires maintenance to ensure a clean, well functioning home ready for you!
No, we will always ask if we have permission to enter and maintenance can perform any necessary repairs whether you are home or not.

You can set up PGE by phone or internet. Water/sewer/trash will be billed to you by a third party biller and you will add that payment in with your rent, so there is nothing you will have to do to transfer these into your name.
